Week 11

Google docs & Zoho are great for work and home, google docs for group work around the region lots of possibilities.

Week 10

Managed to make this calendar from "Big huge Labs"

Week 9

Pod casts; these have probably been taken over by YouTube and video online type products, people who have access this on the web would pick a combination visual and sound product to just sound

Week 8

Answer board; seems like a bit of fun, but couldn't take the answers too seriouly unless there was the source to back it up.

Week 7

Tagging etc. Can see great advantages for the average person, no need to be a librarian to get the right subject on a topic you want. Libraries Australia is wonderful, could spent hours especially looking at the old photos

Week 6

You Tube this week, loved the Mosman "oral histories" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7seEM65L314 from the library. Would be great to record our visiting authors/speakers or events or even training for staff??? Will have to try and see if we can get this set up.

RSS Feeds

would love to set things up so all the blogs & wikis feed into one place

Wiki

Finally figured out how to add and edit our "rivitiliser" wiki, not the intuitive but if you keep at it it would be OK.

Day 1 Session 1

Looking at how other libraries have used blogs to advertise events etc make me think blogs are a quick and easier than updating set webpages and to add our local studies photos in a flickr badge would be really great,

I really like the look of the ACT blog and the Sutherland blog that links books and book covers to the catologue. Want to go back and try to set this up in ours.
